Dubai Meraai

Just landed in Dubai for a 3.5h layover. Our flight was complete with the screaming baby that started on queue with the lights dimming after dinner. I managed 2hrs of broken sleep.

Airport is pretty much a shopping mall that happens to have a landing strip. It’s go big or go home in the duty free. Pretty much 400g slabs or packs of every chocolate you can imagine. Some of which may just find their way into our luggage 😉

Huge selection of alcohol. I spotted a Camus cognac for a mere US$ 3388!
